CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (CLAR) has officially completed the divestment of its logistics property in Australia, marking another milestone in its ongoing capital recycling strategy.
The asset, located at 95 Gilmore Road in Queensland, was fully divested on 10 December 2025. This follows the earlier announcement on 11 November 2025, where CLAR revealed that the sale was made at a premium to the property’s valuation — reinforcing strong investor demand for high-quality logistics assets in the region.
With this transaction completed, CLAR’s global portfolio now comprises 228 properties spread across four major markets:
Singapore: 97 properties
Australia: 33 properties
United States: 49 properties
United Kingdom/Europe: 49 properties
The divestment aligns with CLAR’s strategy of actively managing its assets to strengthen portfolio resilience and enhance long-term returns. By recycling capital from mature assets into higher-growth opportunities, the REIT continues to position itself for sustainable growth across key global markets.
